Welcome back to a doctor’s perspective, jumping Jigga watts. We’re going 180 miles an hour on the train. Yes, that is a fast train, but not many stops.

Today we’re talking about Jean Anderson podcast. Seth Godin. Yes, she got Seth Godin on you put out a new book. One thing, there’s almost one-star reviews, you’re like, Oh, my gosh, I got a one-star review, what am I gonna do? Well, guess what? That means that person, just not your target audience. And that’s hard to swallow. But you don’t want that type of person in your practice in your clinic. Probably more trouble than it’s worth.

 I was recently on Facebook the other day, that guy came in just for consultation are like, dude, you can’t just walk in, we’re busy. And we don’t take your insurance. And you want us to use your insurance. Oh, he went and did a one-star review. This guy was like, Oh, my gosh. And then, of course, the carpet was like, What do I do? How do I respond to that? And, you know, it’s kind of like, you could just put the right answer. But when people see that they’re like, wow, that guy was kind of you to know, he’s better just walk in with no appointment. now. Come on. So that was something.

One thing I’m not sure I was going on. There’s a big bank issue. Some banks got busted for like cheating their customers. And so what do you do about that? It’s like, you can still charge more exactly, instead of trying to compete for just the one that will give you a 4.7% interest instead of 4.2. But what about, you know, that’s not that big of a difference?

What about working on customer service, and having the quality that we expect and that we want from our big right? A what a concept.

 You know, one thing you can do, and you see stuff like this in the news, like, wow, this bad thing happened or that bad thing. And you can write a report, especially if you’re an industry that has some shady characters, you say these are the top five things to look out for when picking a good ever see when picking a dentist. Be aware of these things. And it makes a difference.

And again, most of our mistakes in life. It’s not the stuff that we did stuff that we didn’t do. We didn’t take that we didn’t do the stock. We didn’t take that vacation. So just remember when you’re considering those types of things in life, and

the last thing they said was putting my creativeness an emphasis on spreading possibility. So in creating things in your practice, video blog post, emphasized spreading the possibility, possibility of people playing sports like that. All right. It’s Dr. Justin Trosclair.
